MERCY AIGBE BEATEN BLUE BLACK BY HUBBY

Absolutely nothing justifies the battering of any woman, much less your wife. Sadly in a new development, this case, involving star actress Mercy Aigbe at the center of the debacle.

She is the victim of yet another domestic violence situation.  We condemn the action and reitrate that not even if a man  meets ten men atop the woman, there are more ways of handling such situations other than laying hands on the woman. This time, Mr Gentry is allegedly saying his wife Mercy has been Promiscuous, still, it  is no excuse for this beastly action.

MAN HITS WIFE WITH A HAMMER DURING A DOMESTIC SQUABBLE

One wonders how two people who  once professed love for each other, have children by each other and have shared precious moments together  get to that dark point where they would treat themselves with so much disdain without a care in the world.

ON ONE OF MY FAVORITE MOVIES

MY ALL TIME FAVORITE MOVIE.

When I am asked what movie I can see time and time again, without getting tired, the one that readily comes to mind is the 1996 blockbuster, Set if Off. It is a movie i have seen  countless times and what makes it more interesting is the fact that, it featured some of my favourite African American  actresses, from Queen Latifah to Vivica fox, Jada Pinkett and Kimberly Elise .

AGAIN EFCC RECOVERS AN ASTRONOMICAL SUM OF MONEY

Through the help of a whistle blower, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC, has again reportedly recovered an astronomical sum of 43 million Dollars tucked inside a building in Ikoyi,  an elitist part of Lagos State.

This is not the first time the EFCC will be recovering cash allegedly stolen by corrupt individuals in the country. Some weeks back, at the Kaduna International airport, Millions of Dollars were also uncovered in this same manner.
The owner of the said cash didn't come forward to claim them.

Consequently, a bureau de change operator was said to have kept billions of Naira at a warehouse in Victoria Island Lagos, but thanks to the help of whistle blowers the EFFCC now have the cash in their custody.

It must be said that the whistle blowers are motivated to blow the lid on these alleged money launderers as they will be rewarded with nothing less than 20 million Naira. So right now in Nigeria, it is lucrative being  a whistle blower with the perks that comes along with it. We must add that it is sad that people can go to this extreme to rob the country blind. Corruption needs to die a permanent death in Nigeria.
