BISHOP MIKE OKONKWO JOINS HIS DAUGHTER IN HOLY MATRIMONY TO HER NEW HUBBY

It is a day of joy for bishop Mike Okonkwo and his wife as their only child gets married today.It is so emotional as the man of God took it upon himself to officiate the program.The bride is a graduate of the Prestigious Oral Roberts University,USA.

This has been a good year so far for the clergy,as not too long ago he celebratd his 70th birthday with pomp and paegentry.

The Celebrities spotted at the Hip Tv office today includes Dbanj,Kcee and Sound Sultan, of course with the CEO himself Ayo Animashaun.Here is wishing them more exciting programs to thrill their viewers.

FOOD REVIEW

I know I am trying to stay away from Rice and reduce it from my diet,I must admit it hasn't been easy.

This beautiful plate of Fried Rice ,Chicken and Salad is from Salado a fine cafeteria inside the Sports Complex of the University of Lagos.Their food is arguably one of the best on Campus. The number of people on the queue can make you want to make a u-turn sometimes, but the wait is always worth the while.
The price is quite reasonable,considering that their target market are the students.The salad like I always tell people is a winner anytime,neatly and freshly done.
Also,the food itself is always so tasty,I don't think I have been disappointed once since I started patronizing this place.The cooks are Togolese and I think they are good cooks.

Finally, Talking of the environment, you would love the ambience, it is quite spacious too,as space is a major issue for most canteens on the Campus.

KILLER ROAD-THE ENUGU-ONITSHA EXPRESSWAY

Yes this picture is that of an highway in the present day Nigeria, this is a road plied by citizens everyday of the week. This is a death trap called road in Nigeria.

We know you are as shocked as we are. A road user posted this on Niaraland and we could not help but blog about it. The question now is,how did the Government fold its hands to watch the road become as deplorable as this? Why would they leave this deep gully that is ready to suck innocent lives in?

EBEANO SUPERMARKET RAZED BY FIRE

A raging inferno guts the biggest supermarket in the Lekki Phase 1  axis of Lagos yesterday evening.
The fire destroyed almost everything within the complex, luckily no life was lost as the fire raged on. We can only hope the business is insured, because the loss is enough to make a business go under,goods worth millions of Naira were burnt . We really feel for the management of Ebeano at this trying period
