Babangida Aliyu's 'Manifesto'

The  Governor of Niger state (who incindentaly is one of the few scholarly northern governors out there)could not come up with a good reason why he wants to become the president of Nigeria other than the fact that,he wants to be governor simply because President Jonathan signed an agreement that he ll only use one term..Is that a valid reason to want to rule a nation of one hundred and fifty million people?really?you can do better sir.
