OF HANKS ANUKU,HIV AND HIS 80 WOMEN

I was talking to someone yesterday on the need for Hanks Anuku a former Nollywood bad guy actor to be jailed and the person asked why and I replied why not!

You go about deliberating infecting people with HIV, your behind needs to be thrown behind bars. It would have been different if he didn't know he had the dreaded disease, but knowing and still going ahead to infect people is a sheer act of wickedness.

Which brings to fore, the issue of people having careless and unprotected sex. It is so appalling and at the same time disturbing that unmarried people risk their lives for momentary pleasure. AIDs Is very real and not a mirage like some uneducated folks believe and that is why there is sensitization programs everywhere.

So back to the issue of Hanks Anuku,he said he got the HIV from one of the over 80 women he slept with between Zambia and Zimbabwe, after getting tested ,he went back home to his wife and kept mum, he didn't tell her anything and ended up infecting his wife. The actor claims he is now born again, I say good for him.

Having HIV and deliberately infecting others attracts a jail sentence in countries like the United States of America. And I think it should be like that here too. I have heard of so many husbands going secretly to receive treatments while leaving their wives in limbo until the virus kills her, how selfish!

Imagine sleeping with 80 women and the 80 women also spreading the disease, no wonder Africa has the highest rate of HIV victims, it is high time people got responsible with their sex lives discipline is the keyword here.
