Foremost Nigerian International business Tycoon,Billionaire extra ordinair, High Chief Dehinde Fernandez is dead. He passed away reportedly after a brief illness in a Belgian Hospital.

The influential son of the soil who owns islands in choice locations in the world,properties spread the world over. His vast business empire cuts across many sectors.

He was once married to Erelu Abiola Kuti, while his widow is a respected Kano Princess. He lived a good life and was the toast of powerful leaders across the Globe.

May his soul Rest in Peace.

TO DONATE OR NOT TO DONATE BLOOD

More awareness should be given to blood donation in Nigeria. I believe people, especially the semi-literate ones should be properly sensitized about the issue. It will go a long way in helping our health sector.

In Nigeria today, accident victims die most times because they have lost a lot of blood and their are no willing donors. Our blood banks are said not to be sufficient. In this age and time, I don't think Nigeria should still find itself backward when it comes to providing blood needed for necessary surgeries.

It is so ridiculous that, I have heard a case of a husband who said he is scared of his blood being taken in order to save his wife's life, mind you the wife was in the labor room. He believes it will be inimical to his own health. Reasons like this is why there should be information in every nook and crannies of the country, that the exercise portends no harm.

 As citizens of this great countries, let us try our best to serve humanity and help our fellow man. One good turn they say, deserves another. If you can, please do not look the other way.

One of my female Role Models, Marissa Mayer,CEO of Yahoo, has announced that she is expecting a set of twin girls  with her husband.

Talk about powerful women doing great things..the forty year old President of Yahoo is one of the richest women in the world. Women can indeed have it all. Wishing her the very best.

RCCG PASTOR INVITES PASUMA WONDER TO A CHURCH PERFORMANCE

I saw some flyers on social media advertising a music concert in a Redeemed Christian Church of God branch, with Fuji star Pasuma wonder as a guest artist. I laughed and said to myself that it must  have been manipulated(the flyers that is.) I just saw it as a funny Meme, because people's antics these days can be crazy.

Not until I started seeing news feeds that the Flyer is actually real and that indeed a Redeemed Pastor actually invited a 'worldly' singer to his church. Well that is very wrong on the part of the pastor. It clearly shows that in his desperation to attract a large crowd to the gathering, he resorted to desperate measures to lure people, in my opinion.

He should have known that the church will not accept that. While there is no discrimination in the house of God, we all know that Pasuma's music is not appropriate for church, let us just say it the way it is..Is he going to sing one of his popular hits 'orobokibo' or 'Napoli like Lagos'? Please do not ask me how I know these songs lol..I am a huge fan of his music. That being said, none of his songs that I know of is meant to be sang in a Christian concert.

Whatever the intention of the Pastor was, it has come back to bite him. Next time he should thread carefully. You want to win souls for Christ? Go about it in the right way(s).

COURT STRIKES OUT FORGERY SUIT AGAIST SENATE PRESIDENT BUKOLA SARAKI

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has struck out the forgery suit instituted against Senator Olubukola Saraki  and his deputy, Senator Ike Ekweremadu by some other members of the Senate.

The Justice Ademola Adeniyi led Federal High Court took this action when the aggrieved senators withdrew their case against Saraki.

Guess they are all now ready to work in Unison with the Senate Leadership without rancor.
