However,the president's demeanor over the recent attacks is nothing to write home about.His body language is so off putting.As a leader,you have to show the people you care and that their pain is your pain,not just visiting the victims at the hospital.even if you have to fake it,let it show that you are concerned about the plight of the people you are supposed to protect via your mandate,he should be seen wearing a solemn look at least for some days after the unfortunate blast in my opinion.But the reverse is the case ,my President attended rallies and partied away in Ibadan.
President Jonathan should have shown empathy,not seen partying thereby giving naysayers opportunities to lambast his government and what they stand for.Over 200 people,not chickens just died,and you are not even in a mourning state,who are President Jonathan's handlers?I believe he is surrounded by sycophants who are hell bent on misguiding him.If not he wouldn't be seen acting as if nothing happened and Nigerians should get over it already.
Just saying you condemn the attacks will not bring back the people who lost their lives untimely and it will not provide succor to their respective families.I can't imagine something like this happening in The United States of America and you see President Barrack Obama laughing away at the cameras just a day after such a national tragedy,it is just not possible.That is why i am wondering if their is no office for the Special Adviser on Public Behavior and Etiquette or something like that.
What will not attending those rallies and Olubadan's birthday celebration cost him?He could have sent a representative,but no,he had to be there himself.Now 200 hundred young girls have been kidnapped by this sect from their school in Adamawa.They are gradually destroying this country and Nigeria is no longer safe,no one knows where they will strike next.We can only pray like wwe have all been doing as our government seems to have no clue on how to tackle this terrorists.
