So many students,members of staff ,Journalists and people generally make the mistake of spelling a and using the word 'ANALYSIS' in the same context,not knowing that it has a plural form with a different spelling.( i have made the same mistake several times).So let's do a quick exercise on how to use the word.
ANALYSIS(The singular Form)-E.g, Dele carried out an analysis.
ANALYSES(The plural form with the 'es')E.g,The scientists carried out a series of analyses.
So the next time you have to write anyting using this word,remember the spelling as coached by Bibiire.Ciao

Thank you ma....I personally have a problem with people making silly mistakes like writing their as there, where as we're, lively as lifely...geez it makes me sick....
Back to the post,i miss vocabulary time on this blog.Please more of this.I wrote sterling bank test mid this year and it was supposed to be a business writing skill test and they wrote some right and wrong spellings and said correct the ones you feel might be wrong. Words like embarrassment, Envelope, Covenant, exonerate, separate, environment etc.Am sure my phone is doing the auto correct now.
But really we should be familiar with these words because you never can tell where they will be needed even as simple as they look....
