As embarrassing as this sounds, the National Assembly has reportedly confirmed that the 2016 budget is missing or stolen.
The circumstances sorrounding this allegation is not known yet as the Senate is laying the blame on the Presidency at the moment.
How the appropriation bill will develop wings and leave the confines of the Assembly remains a mystery to anyone who hears this weird and sordid detail.
The question that however begs to be answered is that,are the powers that be trying to tell us all ,that only one copy exists? Anyway We will keep searching for the answers. Until then let us keep praying that it is found...
