God, please be a shield for Nigerian wives! You see, in most Nigeria families, not all, a wife or wives are blamed for everything that goes wrong in the family. (Shout out to my laws though)It doesn't matter if the family has been dealing with pre existing issues before the emergence of said wife oo.
Once she's married into the family, they would always find one way or the other to implicate her or heap the whole blame of their dysfunctionality upon this wife, with the loudest voices being fellow women(talk about women being their own worst enemies). This writeup is inspired by the flak Lola Omotayo has been getting since the three Okoye brothers started their Social media war. Everyone with little data on their phones has turned blaming that woman into a hobby. Every comment you read, has 'that Lola this ,Lola that. She came to ruin the family, she caused diasffacetion among Psquare, she's a bad woman 'igbada igbodo'. Will you keep 'kwayet'!
Of course, they would never acknowledge how the wife might have been codedly pleading with her husband to embrace peace in the four corners of their home or how she's been praying fervently for the tension to abate etc. Rather, It is always the woman's fault. If after everything, you still go about blaming the poor woman, then it's a shame. Her matter is made worse by the fact that she's clearly not from the same tribe and it is really a pity. Those opposing her in that family based on that should cover their faces in shame. Theirs(psquare and Jude) is a battle of supremacy and ego fuelled by jealousy and unhealthy sibling rivalry, let Lola be! Bibiirechicmusings
