Happy birthday to the visionary Governor of Lagos State Akinwunmi Ambode.
We ought not to 'thank' our elected officials for doing the job(s) they were elected to do in the first place, but since we live an a society where most Leaders act like the citizens are at their mercy, we have to recognize excellence when we see one.
Thank you Governor Ambode for the developmental strides in Lagos, especially on Lagos Mainland. I climbed the Ojodu Berger bridge and felt I had been transported to England, who knew Ojodu could be that sophisticated? I saw the Abule Egba Bridge and mistook it for a picture culled from a foreign movie scene shot at, say Brussels? Alapere axis is turning to a mini 'Magodo' before our very eyes. Having vowed not to step into Ayobo come what may because of the deplorable roads, I am being told I am missing out, as the roads are now so motorable.
There is still a whole LOT more to be done sir, especially in terms of security, but please keep up the good work and per adventure you run for a second term and win, do not slow down..
