The boys from Igbonla College, Lagos State, are still missing, almost for 60 days now and counting.
Their parents have reportedly gathered their life savings, borrowed money etc, running into millions of Naira to pay their tormentors, the abductors of their children, still, it is not yet Uhuru. The boys are no where in sight. We share in the pain of these parents. What they must be going through now can only be imagined.
We implore the Lagos State Government to put in more work in securing the release of these boys. That they are still being held captive till now does not speak well of this Government. We believe if their parents are high profile personalities, drastic measures would have been taken.
