In another seeming terrorist attack on Champs Elysees, Paris, two policemen has been shot, with one wounded and the other killed in the fatal attack.
It has been speculated that the attack is not just a random act of violence. The shooting is reminiscent of the recent attacks on France in the past few Years.
France has been a victim of targeted terrorist attacks for a long time now. The attack and massive killings of innocent Parisians in July 2016, when a terrorist drove a truck into a group of people and shot close to a hundred people on Bastille Day in the city of Nice is still fresh in the memory.
Police are reported to be working ceaselessly to unravel the cause and motive of this deadly act.
