VOCABULARY OF THE DAY


The word we are looking at here today is the word SALIENT.

What does Salient mean you ask..

It simply mean important,infact it is a  synonym for something major,striking,conspicous,arresting,gripping,crucial,vital,prominent,essential etc

E.g,Security is a salient point in our party manifesto.

So try to use the word saleint and interchange it in the right context with any of the synonyms written above.
