A certain Professor Ofoegbu Charles Ononuju was arrested by the customs on his way out of Nigeria,enroute Kenya,he Claimed the money is going to be used to settle an oil block dispute in a community in Kenya.He also claims to be a director in an oil firm..Hmm,this had better not be a case of money laundering.
