HILLARY CLINTON AS POTUS

In some hours time,history will be made in America hopefully as Hillary Clinton becomes the first female President of the United STATES of America.


I had to go to my mini library,bring out this autobiography  of hers I have had for years and which I read while at the University to  do a quick reread to actually remind myself of the greatness Hillary Clinton is.

See,this iconic woman can be said to have been moulded for this role from birth really.It is not by mistake neither is it a coincidence.She is a lesson in sheer tenacity ,hardwork and resilience.She really worked on herself to be who she is today,as in when someone is said to have put in work,focusing on her destination,which is the White House,not only  as the First Lady  ,but as the head honcho.However,at first she brushed up herself as a Senator representing New York .

Actually,methinks  many parents will learn that,be it a girl child or a male child,  discipline must be instilled  in them,and while at it,make them believe so much in themselves,let their self esteem be raised to a power of hundred,for them to know they can be anything in the world they want to be.

Investment in the education  of our wards is also key.If you have the wherewithal to send them to ivy league schools,do not hesitate to do that,it doesn't guarantee success,but it goes a long way.The networking and people they get to meet is instructive.I mean,she met Bill at school and I believe they are both instrumental to the success of each other.

One hopes Hillary'so 'ascension ' to the position  of POTUS augers well for the American people and the world at large.I am awed by this woman who is about to become the leader of the free world.
