The 65 year old has an 18 year old daughter with his estranged wife.He is still expected to be financially responsible to his wife since they are not fully divorced.
One usually wonders what could cause people who have been together for 30 years to split. After enduring and tolerating each other's excesses for such a long time. Methinks they might as well work it out till the end.
