Citizens have been advised to stay at home by the authorities in Seirra Leone,owing to heavy floods that has engulfed the country's capital.
The devastating flood has caused a lot of damage and ruining properties worth millions of Dollars,so in order to forestall the lost of human lives,the people have been warned to stay in their homes.
