These are definitely trying times for Nigeria's Senate President. Today he appears before the Code of Conduct Tribunal to face all charges leveled against him. He was accused to falsifying and not declaring all his assets to the Code of Conduct Bureau .
He was accompanied by several Senators who followed him to court as a sign of solidarity.
He has pleaded not guilty of all the counts.
