Bayelsa State Approves Death Sentence For Kidnappers

I think i is high time the government did this,this will surely serve a purpose as it ll serve as a deterent to all would-be criminals,imagine holding people to ransome for days,brutalizing them,causing their families untold hardships by demanding huge ransomes.It is indeed a step towards the right direction,or what do you think?
