Today I want to bring your attention to words that do not have plural forms.
Most of these words you already know, but then we all make mistakes at times, and in order not to make a blunder in public, let us rejig our memory. The following words do not have plurality, i.e. no 's','es' and so on and so forth.
- Sheep -The shepherd fed all his sheep.
- furniture -I have nice furniture at home.
- Equipment -The company has enough equipment to function.
- Staff -How many staff does your company hire in a month?
- Garbage -Go and empty the garbage.
These are just a few examples, you can study further to know nouns that are not countable which you need not mispronounce. Hope this helps.Ciao!
