Once again, I pledge to Nigeria my country to be faithful, Loyal and honest.
One day I hope we will be rewarded for our allegiance to the pledge.
One day you shall become a nation of our dreams
One day your people shall enjoy good leadership.
One day insurgency shall flee from our land
One day the 'milk and honey' flowing in our land shall be enough for everyone
One day we shall stand together to fight bad leadership and root out divisive elements.
Until then, we shall continue to find strength in our diversity. Happy Independence day fellow Nigerians.
