I think Indonesia signed chemical castration for Rapists into law sometimes back.
Nigeria needs to adopt that model. We are in dire need of it. I am afraid these two savages an child molesters might get away with their crime. They drugged and raped an 8year old girl in Rivers State. They must not be left off the hook.
The other day, their fellow child molester got away with JUST seven years imprisonment for raping a 7year old child. Seven years is too short a time. He would be released in no time and might continue with same heinous crimes against other minors.
We strongly believe that there should be stiffer penalties for sexual offences in Nigeria. This country needs to rise up to the ocassion, we simply cannot continue to fold our arms and let our young ones become endangered.
