NO MORE MANUAL LABORS DURING SCHOOL HOURS IN EKITI

For those of us that attended Public schools and Boarding houses in Nigeria,i am sure we can relate to this post.

Manual labor involves student cutting the stubborn school grasses during a designated time for labor. Both male and female students are involved in this task. It can be very tedious and frustrating. I remember cutlass/machetes being one of the required tools students must bring to school on resumption. Now isn't that something?

Information coming in from Ekiti State has it that the very vocal Governor has abolished manual labor during school hours in the State. That probably means, the labor will be shifted till when students close. Either way, it is a good development.
