Now Nigerians can heave a sigh of relief. The President and his vice has done the needful and what was expected of them.
The asset declaration issue has been dragged for so long and we are glad it is done and over with.
The President is said to own 270 cattles,some mud houses in Daura,a Property in Abuja and Ph.Also he is said to own N30 million and vehicles donated to him by well wishers.
The document was submitted to the Code of Conduct Bureau on Thursday by the President and his deputy.
According to the statement issued by Garba Shehu,The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity ,“The documents submitted to the CCB, which officials say are still being vetted and will soon be made public, show that prior to being sworn in on May 29, President Buhari had less than N30 million to his name. He also had only one bank account, with the Union Bank. President Buhari had no foreign account, no factory and no enterprises. He also had no registered company and no oil wells.
